Actiu furnishes the new Iberia offices with made to measure solutions for every need

These facilities were built by the architect Gabriel Allende, who was in charge of renovating the old building of 13 floors and building another one at its side, all of which was the property of the Colonial estate agents and totalled 24000 m2.

The architect Gabriel Allende is one of the most important architectural names in the last three years. Gabriel Allende was advised by Actiu using its office furniture, a manufacturing company for solutions of workspaces. For this, the company from Alicante had to house around one thousand executives, managers and commercial people into different work spaces combining open spaces, meeting rooms, executive offices and job positions.

The facilities had to be modern and renovated, with hidden cables on each workstation, connection to the Internet and light points for each space. All of this with a variety of products and where white was the absolute star of the furniture, with splashes of colour representative of the corporate colour, recently released. To enable the solutions needed, 100 % adjusted to the needs of the customer and to achieve the expected results, the majority of the furniture was manufactured specifically for this project from Actiu Technological Park, located in Castalla.

The speed of manufacturing and distribution that Actiu provided was due to the fact that the Technology Park facilitated the ability to create made to measure solutions for this project and delivered the whole furniture in the time decided by the client. Furthermore, all the desks have specific connectivity solutions applied to each position, thanks to the movement of the table tops and easy access to wiring.
