The project that aims to meet LEED Gold certification.

Duncan House is a joint venture between Westbank Projects Corp. and Allied Properties REIT. Located in the heart of Toronto’s Entertainment District, the project is a 5-minute walk from the Financial District. Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, the development will extend to the east and over an existing 5 1/2 storey brick structure. While retaining the visual integrity of the historic building, the project will rise to 59 storeys of rental residential units, with rooftop amenities with skyline views on levels 8 and 59. Half of the 498 rental units will be luxury furnished executive suites, with hotel-style service. The remainder of the building will consist of 6 floors of boutique office space, a restaurant, and a premium below-grade health club & spa. The entire project aims to meet LEED Gold certification.
