Styling of two restaurants

In Ghent, Upper and Taxis, are two restaurants in the same building. Taxis is in an old garage while Upper is on the first floor. Taxis serves fish and vegetarian, while Upper is a pure meat serving restaurant. Too Many Agencies, a design firm from Belgium, was given the task of designing the interior for both and they managed to create two different atmospheres: Taxis breathes a 50's style while Upper, with murals from Musketon (a vuisual artist from Ghent), has a more urban style. In both projects farbics from Aristide were applied on custom-made benches and for the drapery.

Café Theatre Cocktail Bar in Ghent

Interior redesign

The owners of Café Theatre, a renowed venue in Ghent, decided to redesign the interior of the cocktailbar upstairs. They went for smokey boudoir look and thus selected a perfect matching Velvet (Markle) on the furniture of Artiosi. The result is a cosy and trendy second life for this posh venue!
