Human-scale ceramic!

New collections, expansion of existing ranges, new textures and colours, and, more importantly, great attention to large formats. Casalgrande Padana’s range of ceramic surfaces keeps growing with new products that will be presented at the next Cersai

The expansion of the Marmoker collection, the new ranges of Stones, Woods, Resins, and Cement, and large 90x180 and 75x150 formats. Casalgrande Padana’s research has moved in different directions in view of the 2016 Cersaie trade show. An integrated approach to ceramic materials, a cross-cutting view that takes everything regarding sizes, surfaces, textures, and colours of every series into account. All this has involved heavy investments, especially for fine-tuning the production process of the new formats. Casalgrande Padana has taken on this challenge with its usual consistency and planning.

Every product is a perfect combination of technology and aesthetics, the result of the investigation of the complex world of natural materials and its reinterpretation thanks to ceramic’s technical performance. This is exactly what happens with the Marmoker collection, which now includes new colours and formats. This series is made using state of the art digital technology applied to porcelain stoneware and comes with the tones, grains, transparencies, textures, shine, and colours of the marble it recreates. The result is a surface that is perfect for residential use and beyond, as it associates the expressive quality of the materials of reference with superior performance. In addition to the existing stone effects, Marmoker now includes also Bianco Vietnam, Fiorito, Breccia Carsica, Breccia Sarda, Silvia Oro, Grafite Marrone, Statuario Venato, Travertino Titanium, Arabesque, Veselye, Jolie and Grigio Billiemi.

New collections include Pietre di Paragone, the porcelain stoneware range that draws inspiration from natural stone. Stones traditionally used in the construction industry, materials that enclose the memory of the “old Europe”, an inimitable crucible of stories, cultures, and events. These inspirational materials stand out for their uniqueness and unrepeatability.

From the typical marks of Onsernone, the Swiss granite, to the Grè stone of Lake Iseo, from the unmistakable sophisticated and velvety Vals stone to Solnhofen stone, from Germany, with its unique millenarian history enriched by numerous fossil findings.

These versions are joined by Limestone Nero, Grigio and Beige, Black Pearl, Grigio Aitos, Grigio Tao, Pietra del Cardoso, Pietra di Vicenza, Pietra Otta and Pietra Piasentina. These last two interpret an all-Italian identity, which hints at the many architectural works made using these materials.

Then we have three new collections. The new “GreenWood” collection stands out for its simple design and delicate tones, which recreate noble Italian woods.

The Resina collection, for its matt and non-homogeneous image, which has become a trend in contemporary interior design. “Beton”, the new cement-effect collection, was designed to create urban style effects and atmosphere using ceramic.

All these collections are available in the Bios Antibacterial version with certified antibacterial properties, and the Bios Self-Cleaning® version, with high self-cleaning and pollution abatement performance.

Attractive products, dynamic surfaces, and design tools to give extra character and charm to every setting. Solutions with which traditional formats are joined by the new 90x180 cm and 75x150 cm format (and submultiples). “We design systems and solutions for people, their wellbeing, and the comfort of the places they live in said Casalgrande Padana’s President, Franco Manfredini. Every surface we create has these goals and takes the evolution of lifestyle and transformation of living spaces into account. The large 90x180 cm format is a human-scale size.”
