Ensemble, by Christopher Guy

Ensemble (76-0335), a monumental coffee table design featuring three individual geometric sections, an antique base, topped with marble. The three elements can be used apart or slotted together. It is one of the 80 new pieces that will make a debut in Salone de Mobile Milano 2016. This new design is reflective of Christopher Guy’s sophisticated aesthetic, including striking accent décor that explores the on-trend fluid movement between modernity and enduring design.

The general concept of this show is based on the term ‘eclecticism’. This new collection represents a progressive work during the past year, towards a new direction into the future for the Christopher Guy furniture range. As what Christopher Guy Harrison comments: "It feels very special to create pieces that reflect our ever-evolving, yet timeless designs, that continue to furnish many of the finest properties around the world ”.

Christopher Guy Harrison is the founder, designer and CEO of luxury decorative furnishings brand, Christopher Guy (CG).

Born in Yorkshire, England, he spent long periods of his adolescence and adulthood in continental Europe. Today he resides amongst the CG bureaus in Singapore, Los Angeles, New York, Dubai and London.

Christopher became inspired by the world of decorative style while living in the 1970’s along the shorelines of the French Riviera, whose elegance was in his words "an effortless form that reached beyond beauty”.

His international lifestyle allows him to view the world through a critically constructive eye that draws inspiration from everything he admires, translating into design elements that form the bedrock of today's CG vast collection.
