- The Enhanced Hydronic System,

The heart of the system is ZEPHIR3, the packaged full fresh air renewal and purification unit with active thermodynamic recovery of the energy contained in the exhaust air. Fitted with electronic filters that can ensure air purified to 99% with continuous extraction of stale air to remove indoor pollutants. As an autonomous unit, handling the primary fresh air load it can eliminate the traditional plant requirement necessary to do this, reducing the size and cost of the cooling and heating plant (chillers, boilers and auxiliary components) that will then only need to be designed to meet the building load.

The heating and cooling distribution is provided by ELFOSpace terminal units (FCU’s) equipped with brushless DC inverter motors, which guarantee savings of 60% compared with traditional fan coils.
