The 'Beatrice' collection was designed to bridge the gap between what's familiar and what's novel. The seating portion of the chair is understated and elegant in its simplicity. The base of the chair, however, is characterized by a swirl of vertical supports - giving it the likeness of a birdcage. The marriage of these contrasting design approaches results in a line of chairs with a very distinct and intriguing look.
