Reclaimed oak floor for beach restaurant

re-used oak floor completely fitting into the interior of this beach restaurant

For the DOK 14 Restaurant in Cadzand, the Netherlands, the owners of the restaurant were looking for a worn looking floor, matching

whole interior design but also visualising the wood that occasionally can be found at the beach. By seeing our R.02, a reclaimed oak board, having had a first life as oak construction material, which than is being re-sawn into wearlayers and glued on to a birch ply backing to create a very stabile product, showing the history it has had already, the owners of the restaurant fell in love straight away with this as an astonishing result. Isn't it amazing?
