Effisus Projet

Gresham Street 55 is an impressive building located in the business district of the city of London. Inspired by its past and designed for the future, the project is based on the renovation of an already existent 20th-century building, with significant enlargements, new façades, an additional floor and a brand-new coverage.

The building is deeply marked by its intricate architectural design, with particular care in details, and for its wide-ranging concern with the comfort of those who use it.

The Effisus Ecofacade Envelope System was placed to guarantee its weather tightness and promote the energy efficiency of its façades. Within the system, the Effisus Breather Braze Membrane, with its superior fire-resistant abilities, has a prominent spot.
