New building of Lufthansa company in Poland – etalbond FR® offers an ‘A Class’ perspective on the façade

BONARKA area for Business (B4B) consists of seven A - class office buildings with total area of approximately 65000 m² in a unique urban arrangement.

The first phase of buildings (A, B, C, D) was completed between 2011 and 2013.

Modern architecture in a combination of technological solutions and functionality is characterizing the newly opened office building D in the Bonarka for Business (B4B) complex. As a recognition to the investment, the Lufthansa Global Business Services is the new tenant of Building D.

The facade of the seven-storey high Class A office building was developed with the application of A-Class quality etalbond FR® aluminium composite panels in special customized width of 1700mm, in order to obtain the needed span for the elimination of any visible joints between the glazing. The etalbond FR® panels were supplied in colour RAL 7021 and in the volume of 4300 sqm for the needs of this project. The fabrication and installation of the etalbond FR® panels was done by INTER-BUD façade contractor from Krakow.

The BONARKA for Business (B4B) buildings have already earned recognition in the industry and were recently awarded Prime Property Prize Małopolska 2013 as well as in 2012 when they received the award of distinction at the art URBANICA competition.
