Description:

Consistent with the design of the architectural project as a whole, the exclusive pergola XTESA by KE was chosen by the client to enhance and protect the terrace area.

It is actually a detached building on three levels, where the traditional concept of places distribution has been switched by positioning the living area and kitchen on the third floor.

This to be able to enjoy a view of the Friulian Alps. In this specific context, the outdoor space acts as a liaison between inside and outside, between the living and the kitchen.

XTESA system has been identified as an ideal solution because, with its light structure, guarantees not only the coverage of a wide area without the need for intermediate supports, but also the lightness and the visual permeability without solution of continuity, becoming part of the house design.

But that's not all, XTESA has been integrated with the optional kit for LED lighting, another hallmark of the product.

An elegant minimalism, supported by a continuously evolving technology characterize this product KE, expression of a renewed interpretation of shading systems, which become real design objects.
