MLL Sun protection outdoor facilities get an elegant partner

A new shapely MLL-supporting profile for sonal D louvres makes it possible

The supporting profile TP88 is specifically designed for rigid, vertical sun protection systems, in which the blades rear mounted by foot bracket. This support profile is used at glass facades and steel structures where the sun protection systems must be fastened directly.

Special features characterize the MLL-supporting profile TP88. It tapers to the rear and looks elegant, shapely and not chunky. The overall picture of MLL sun protection system on the facade looks harmoniously and is not disturbed by sub-constructions. In association with the slats by the foot bracket creates an homogeneous appearance, those slats appear almost optically as one unit.

The supporting profile TP88 offers some advantages to conventionally used assembly solutions, because the user has to connect to the sword tie less drilling and thereby lower leakage problems in the mullion-transom facades. The reduction for seal works in turn means even more time savings during installation.

By the spacing-consoles and the building depth of the supporting profile it gives more leeway between the facade and shading system, which now makes possible to clean unproblematically and easy of the underlying glass. The larger distance between the sun protection system through the support profile TP88 effected a better rear ventilation between the sunscreen and the facade, thus will generated a more comfortable indoor climate. These aspects are not insignificant at the planning and design of an object.
