The external white plaster walls and the NedZink NOVA façade cladding combine very nicely, adding to the building''s exceptionally sleek appearance. According to Didier van Moorleghem at Deschacht the fantastic level of craftsmanship is entirely the merit of zinc processor Verhoye-Dult, who lives in Wetteren. “They perfectly folded a whopping ten thousand kilos of NedZink NOVA in the shape of boards to clad the façade, applying them in a horizontal pattern. NedZink NOVA is a fantastic durable product! It is easy to process but also ages beautifully over the years. The pre-weathered titanium zinc is exposed to air and consequently covered with an insoluble natural patina that provides additional protection for the zinc. As a result NedZink NOVA looks natural and gives the building a modern look and feel”.
