Scenic Platek LED lighting for the Żerańskiej Bridge

Lighting in Warsaw

Dynamic lighting technology used for the pedestrian-cycle way in Warsaw. The Żerańskiej Bridge is an innovative engineering project made possible through the use of advant-garde lighting technology which enables the lighting effects to be completely controlled remotely.

A 300 meter long structure created using girders, railings and steel supports in an overall pearl colour top provide simple, fundamental lines to the project. The Platek LED RGB lighting products are managed remotely using controllers which not only highlight the clean and discreet lines of the walkway but are also used to schedule spectacular lighting compositions for events and city celebrations.

In order to ensure this dynamic effect, the MINI CORNICHE RGB 300 elliptical lighting bodies have been installed along the sides of the structure. These were installed by the Platek’s Warsaw distributor EL-IT, to provide the ideal Platek solution for multiple light shows. The REGO 384 Remote control, a technological device designed and engineered by Platek, remotely manages the lighting compositions of the MINI CORNICHE collections for various city celebrations and events. The installation is completed with an elliptical TETRA CORNICHE and dimmable LED lighting fitted to a duct that runs from end to end on top of the structure: lighting equipment that is powered automatically in conjunction with the passage of passers-by, combining lighting efficiency with energy savings.
