Plexiform at Architect@Work

Plexiform by RossiniGroup, will expose at the exhibition Architect@Work.
The company will show its new projects Rift, Sistema9 ed Eiffel. These are systems that unite LED, design and flexibility.
Eiffel, thanks to the transparent and imperceptible material, is a suspension lamp extremely versatile and hence suitable for various environments and styles, from offices to contemporary houses.
Made of PPMA, an imperceptible and diaphanous, thin and transparent material that turns to solid white when switched on, coming alive, tangible and of substance. The PMMA conveys the light output thanks to the computerised laser micro engraving and with a thickness of only 8mm it is capable of producing up to 12,000 lumens.
Perfect visual comfort in accordance with the highest lighting standards of illuminance: an excellent colour rendering (CRI ≥80) is combined with low glare (UGR <19); energetic efficiency (120lm/watt) and the possibility of different installations, also in continuous line: a qualitative and quantitative, direct and indirect light that makes Eiffel the ideal product for applications where visual display units are in use.
The central aluminium profile, which sheets of PPMA are applied on, is available in the version with on board or remote driver and in white, black and grey.
Sistema9 is a luminous module which is an innovative combination of power LED, lens and optic in a reduced space.
This product provides high light output, an excellent visual comfort and control of the photometric curve ensuring low luminance values, with an incredible UGR (glare factor) equals to 9.
Sistema9 is the ideal choice for offices and workplaces and for applications where visual display units are in use; it can be installed in existing Plexiform luminaire systems, like Dinamica, Dinamica incasso and Ovo, to create a multiplicity of variants and combinations.
Rift is a recessed frameless profile that can be easily installed on the ceiling (70mm of recess) that becomes an integral part of the architectural structure, delineating space and defining the spatial environment through light.
The LED light source is positioned laterally within the luminaire, such that it is unseen and the opening within the ceiling structure appears empty. Light seems to come directly from the full volume of the ceiling, thanks to the absence of a covering screen.
The light output through the middle power LED boards is enhanced and directed by the parabolic body in opaque white aluminium, thus creating a smooth and homogeneous light beam which is anti-glare and without any light reflection.
