ARCHITECTURE BRAZIL BY ANDRÉ CHIOTE
When World Cup Frenzy is expressed by a Portuguese illustrator
It’s hard not to take part in the current FIFA World Cup frenzy, especially when you happen to be a football (soccer) fan. Portuguese architect and illustrator André Chiote found an artistic and creative way to expel the fever provoked by the international event.
Specialized in illustrating famous buildings that are representative of modern architecture, Chiote had the idea of paying tribute to the Brazilian World Cup stadiums and their architects. Applying his distinctive and minimalist style to the modern arenas, Chiote chose to use only the colors of the Brazilian flag to underline the architectural lines and concept of each stadium. The result is timeless and smooth… just like one of Neymar’s dribbles!
