ROONEY COFFEE TABLE BY OLGA GUANABARA

An elgantly raw coffee table made in Brooklyn

Richard Velloso is a Brazilian-born furniture designer that lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. In 2010, he started a company, Olga Guanabara, with two of his friends; Olga after his chocolate lab, and Guanabara after the bay located in Rio de Janeiro. Using primarily reclaimed materials, such as wood, concrete and steel, the company designs elegant desks, chairs, tables and more.

All of Olga Guanabara’s products are handmade and custom-built. The Rooney coffee table is no exception. Constructed from 18cmx18cm beams set upon a steel base, the Rooney has a leather inset that adds potential for use as a bench.
