With its 170 meters, Tower Hadid is one of three high-rise buildings that make unmistakable the square in the center of CityLife.
Designed by Zaha Hadid, the building grows vertically with a dynamic twisting that enhances the perception and views with respect to urban axes.
At the foot of the tower is a commercial gallery and covered walkways connecting to the subway station.
La Torre runs for 44 floors of which 39 are intended for high-level executive functions, for approximately 45,000 square feet of GLA and will be able to accommodate about 3,200 people. It is distinguished by high efficiency and comfort in mind, internal environmental, as well as a strong focus on reduction of energy costs.
The building has an underground parking for about 380 cars.
Tower Hadid has achieved LEED pre-certification with objective GOLD.
