‘rodin 33’, a residential complex in mexico city, is situated on a narrow site measuring 7.8m W x 28m L. the tower, designed by architect carlos marin, utilizes straight-forward construction techniques and interior planning to optimize quality of living while quickening timeline and reducing cost.
inside each unit, a living room and dining room open onto a 20m2 terrace that looks toward the mexico city skyline. this opening is accompanied by an interior patio that increases natural lighting penetration and also serves to separate private and public rooms. in two basements are placed the lobby, resident parking spaces, elevators, and building infrastructure. ‘rodin 33’ was designed by carlos marin.
