MILAN 2015: LIGHTING SOLUTIONS BY ZERO TO FEATURE AT ISALONI

Nordic wilderness design at iSaloni

Zero will be taking on this year’s show with a plethora of new lighting solutions. We have already featured Elements by Note Design Studio, whose fascination with the Nordic wilderness drives it to seek out elasticity, usability and well-balanced materials. These fixtures come in a series of monochrome colors, with each available in two sizes as a floor, table, wall or hanging lamp.

Block by Johanna Jacobson Backman enhances both sound and light, absorbing high and low frequencies and promoting a pleasant atmosphere in any room. Able to be hung in series, groups or islands, this cable solution is made from the recycled material Soundfelt. Block comes with a built-in LED and is available in lengths of 600mm or 1200mm and heights of 400mm or 800mm.

Stampa by Cate & Nelson is a sound-absorbing fixture that promotes light and changes easily in size, number of levels, color and shape.

Tint by Fredrik Mattson involves a slightly oval design, offering the benefit of both fantastic shadow play and appreciation for various shapes and colors, depending on the angle the hanging fixture is viewed from.

The versatility of light-centered Sol (meaning “Sun” in Swedish) lets this lamp stand out or blend into the background, depending on how color choice accentuates the thin signature ring. Inwardly or outwardly positioned, Sol features vacuum-formed opaque plastic which is suitable for built-in LEDs.
