PILLOW ACOUSTIC FURNITURE BY ROBERT BRONWASSER FOR CASCANDO

Ultra-desirable office accoutrements presented by the Dutch design brand at Orgatec 2014

Creative open office solutions abound, but some are better than others. Some products are even so good that you would gladly take them home with you! Such is the case with Robert Bronwasser‘s Pillow Acoustic Furniture for Dutch design brand Cascando.

By combining soft upholstered panels with functional furniture, the Pillow Acoustic Furniture series offers improved offices acoustics and privacy. First in the series is Pillow Space. Available in a range of sizes and colors, Pillow Space functions as both storage, space divider and sound absorber. The divider can be filled with shelves, brochure holders, a wardrobe, planters and more. It also comes on wheels, so it can be easily moved as needed.

The second part of the series consists of an expanded version of the award-winning Pillow Wall. Initially designed for Cascando in 2012, this clever office solution is now available in custom sizes. Also, in addition to serving as shelf space, whiteboards and magnetic panels have been added to improve the product’s overall functionality.

The collection was officially presented at Orgatec last month where the designer also debuted his Blog Social Table. A concept that revisits working as a team, the table was originally designed for Bronwasser’s own studio, SMOOL. All of the products can be mixed and matched to cultivate the ultimate flexible open space office without forgetting employee privacy.
