A collection of elegant simplicity from a Hungarian design studio

Founded in 2010 by Gábor Kodolanyi and Katalin Halász, Codolagni is a rare studio that both designs and manufactures their own products. Based in Gyor, Hungary, the designer and engineer duo have been fabricating their own furniture and lighting since 2012. Simplicity and elegance define their work with blond wood, soft shades and delicate lines with an emphasis on craftsmanship and high-quality materials.

Their recent Avignon collection is “inspired by the countryside at dawn”. The collection consists of a wardrobe, two dressing tables, a bench + coatrack and a mirror. All of the pieces are constructed from solid ash wood with 100% wool cloth upholstery and brass details. Clever details such as storage behind the mirror and removable bolsters make the products exceptionally functional as well as beautiful.
