Modular, flexible shelving that uses textiles to store your objects
Aside from the giggle-worthy name (seriously, how has no one yet made that pun?), the Shelfie by Nikolo Kerimov is an easy to assemble and easy to adapt shelving solution that is quite literally flexible.
The young Finnish designer created a wooden structure that comes together in mere minutes and is reinforced with an X. Textile shelves are then installed as needed along the structure. The textile can be anything: leather, lycra, cotton. It is the simple tension of the material strung between two supports that holds the objects in place. And modern nomads will be pleased – when the Shelfie is not in use, it can be easily deconstructed and transported as a single unit.
