Quinette Gallay collaborates with Bouygues Immobilier

Former Pullman hotel, located Porte de Sèvres – Paris, France ceased operations in 2012 and was demolished in 2014. Bouygues Immobilier has been developing property program on this 35 000 m2 strategic location.

In collaboration with the WILMOTTE and Associates architect firm, the project takes shape, a 28 000 m2 7-storey building dedicated to SMA’s new headquarters, a major insurance company, with 15 000 m2 of offices, one 3* hotel, shops, a garden and a parking lot.

Many trades take part in the program. Quinette Gallay won the tender and is now part of them. SMA headquarters include a conference room of nearly 410 seats. In collaboration with interior designer Juan Trindade, Quinette Gallay will design and install the 408 Cube Skate seats for future collaborators and employees of the insurance giant.

The Cube SKATE chair has a tip-up structure featuring the patented BRAVO mechanism that has already proved its robustness on many projects. It is also equipped with a retractable tablet, an absolute equation for maximum space management and comfort of the users.
