Retigo won 3rd place in Company of the Year Award

Retigo participated in the regional final round of the Company of the Year Award on 18 October. Among the 14 participants Retigo gained 3rd place!

In the Zlín Region (part of Czech rep. where Retigo is based) this year, there were a total of 442 contestants from all business segments vying for the Company and Businessperson of the Year Award. More than 6700 companies and businesspeople from across the Czech Republic applied.

The Company of the Year Award 2016 is open to all companies in the Czech Republic meeting the following conditions:

- the company operates in the Czech Republic according to valid laws and is registered in the commercial register

- the company has an accounting history of at least two years

- the company's turnover does not exceed CZK 1.5 billion

- the participant is not in insolvency according to the Insolvency Act No. č. 182/2006 Coll.

- has no record of unpaid taxes

- the statutory representative has not been lawfully convicted of a criminal offence, where the facts of the case relate to the business activities of the participant, or of a criminal offence against property

- the company has no unpaid contributions and penalties for public health insurance or contributions and penalties for social security and contributions to the government employment policy

In terms of its all-business-encompassing and regional scope, it ranks amongst the largest business competitions in the country. Its assessment is extremely objective and forms a truly unique mutual comparison of the participants in their individual regions and in the entire Czech Republic.
