Systems for rainscreen facades

The system chosen for the ventilated façades of the shopping center was the PF-ALU/PL. It is a fixed anchor of great capacity and resistance that serves us for the solution of placings with pieces in horizontal position and placement with both continuous joints. This system has been implemented in projects of all kinds, such as hospitals, libraries or hotels, among others. Energy efficiency with ventilated facades of Sistema Masa

The main access to the shopping center, in the street Antonio López, will be the one that will carry the ventilated facades of Sistema Masa. Due to the requirements of the project it was necessary that the face of the stone was 425mm from the support wall, because just below there is a curtain wall. To achieve the best result, we ask for the installation of 10cm omega-shaped horizontal profiles to reduce the distance and cover the rest of the space with our standard brackets. Although the plates are large (59.5 X 122.5 X 3cm), it was not necessary to duplicate the profile to reduce the weight that each GR-PL clip had to support (107kg for GR-PF-100 and 84kg for GR -PL-46).
