New ultra-resistant, waterproof vinyl material: Skinwall for the contract and hotel business

A new product for Skinwall

A whole series of new looks for the contract business: Skinwall launches its brand-new waterproof, ultra-resistant vinyl material, expressly designed for public areas where extreme shock and tear resistance are required. These unique wallpapers are able to satisfy any tastes and style demands for busy settings, decorating the walls with a particularly appealing and striking flair.

This new material by Skinwall is composed of 90% PVC braided yarn, 2% Polystyrene and 8% fibreglass. It is exceptionally resistant, washable and comes with Class 1, B-S1 d0 fire-resistance certification, making it suitable for extremely busy settings such as the corridors of public buildings, especially hotels, shopping centres, restaurants, airports, discos, spas and gyms. Each of the four Skinwall collections - Contemporary Design, Fragments of the Past, Integrate and Wonderful Country - can be printed on this type of support, and thanks to digital printing, it is possible to customise both the images and the colours to obtain the specific shades requested by the customer.

Skinwall, who always cares about its customer’s needs, is evolving constantly in order to expand its range of products and create ideal solutions that can be considered authentic style icons. “Images, colours, innovative supports: our products never fall out of fashion, and offer the excellence of Italian-crafted wallpapers”, explained Skinwall Sales Manager Marco Brigi. “This new covering material is so resistant and waterproof that it can even be installed inside a shower, requiring Skinwall’s waterproof kit (composed of polyurethane resin and water-repellent wax) which enables to protect any printed design".

Skinwall’s wallpapers decorate with a personal and original style all kind of walls, adding an extra touch of class to the design of the settings.
