Edition Hotels is Schragers'' latest creation, a five-star cooperation with Marriott, that depicts itself as the next generation business and lifestyle hotelconcept that gathers not only great design and true innovation, but also great personal, friendly, modern service as well as one-of-a-kind food, beverage and entertainment offerings… "all under one roof".

The Miami Beach is a renovation of the 1955 art deco hotel Seville and evokes in its interiors the spirit of tropical glamour and sophistication that defined Miami at its greatest. This is evident from the moment you walk into the lobby, a gorgeous white space with marble floors, highlighted with gold-tiled columns - all original – and the deep green of indoor palm trees. Filled with a variety of comfortable seating groupings and intimate lounging areas, the lobby will embody the Edition''s next-generation spirit, a place where the lines between work and play begin to blur. The idea behind is that today''s entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals have little interest in doing business in a formal corporate setting; instead, they want to work in places of comfort and style, of human interaction, places where they can feel completely at home, fully connected, and part of a larger experience.

The entire lushly landscaped outdoor space at The Miami Beach is appropriately named Tropicale, inspired by the legendary 1950s Havana nightclub Tropicana. It features the fully restored, original swimming pool complete with a period diving board and a second, large rectangular concrete pool surrounded by custom teak Botanic lounges from TRIBÙ, adjacent to a series of custom private cabanas with oversize daybeds, mini refrigerators, private safes, and televisions, all tucked away behind a 70,000 square-feet of Miami beachfront.

Miami Beach Edtion is the third hotel of the Edition series with 10 more openings to come.
