The renovation and modernization of the property Beau Rivage (Beautiful Shore) has been considered since several years. The plan provided for three residential buildings, a small beach, a playground, a meadow, a reed zone and a path along the water. The three new residential buildings were completed in 2014 and complement the row of residential buildings between Biel and Vingelz in Switzerland. The exclusive apartments have direct access to the Lake Biel. The lakeside living spaces are situated at the backyard and blend into the terraces, thus they benefit the most from the panorama. Under the spacious gardens there is the common underground parking. As base for the intensive greening the proven system build-up “Roof Garden” with Floradrain® FD 60 was chosen.
