What inspired this interior design?
“Our goal was to create an open, flexible environment for both learning and working. The use of natural materials such as wood and concrete, combined with soft, neutral tones, establishes a calm and balanced atmosphere. At the same time, vibrant colour accents in the furniture and seating areas inject energy and dynamism into the space. The result is an interior that feels both functional and inviting.”
How does flooring influence interior design?
“The floor literally forms the foundation of any space. It defines the atmosphere, affects acoustics, and shapes the user experience. Because it covers such a large surface, it has a powerful impact on the overall aesthetic. The wrong choice can disrupt harmony, while the right one brings balance, continuity and calm.”
Why did you choose 2TEC2 flooring?
“We selected 2TEC2 because it offers the ideal balance between aesthetics and performance. It combines the refined look of textile with the durability and easy maintenance of a hard surface — perfect for high-traffic areas such as classrooms and meeting spaces. Moreover, it enhances acoustic comfort and adds a sense of warmth to the interior.”
Describe 2TEC2 in three words.
“Timeless – Durable – Comfortable.”
Was sustainability a key consideration?
“Absolutely. Sustainability was at the heart of this project. With 2TEC2, we chose a floor that offers longevity, recyclability and low maintenance costs. This perfectly aligns with our vision of creating a future-oriented learning environment that remains functional and relevant for years to come.”
Which 2TEC2 product is your favourite?
“Hybrid Helios, without a doubt. Its subtle, natural texture pairs beautifully with the concrete and wood elements in the space. The floor feels neutral yet warm — understated enough to let the rest of the design shine, while providing an elegant foundation.”
Would you choose 2TEC2 again?
“Yes, absolutely. It’s a reliable, durable product that continues to impress both users and clients. It’s an investment that pays off over time — visually, acoustically and practically.”
