Beach International Hotel
External cladding with Formal system
Atena S.p.A. has worked on the renovation and energy efficiency improvement of Beach International Hotel in Lignano Sabbiadoro, a 4-stars hotel part of Clementi Hotels Group, renovated in compliance with the international protocol “eco-green hotel”.
The ventilated façade has been made with aluminum Formal panels, properly post-painted to respond to the needs of the coast environment. Tiles, custom-made in size, have been hanged on the structure to obtain a linear result, enhanced by the gap between the tiles, and an elegant planarity that suites the building design.
The renovation and requalification of the building have been completed by the analysis on the energy efficiency and safety on fire prevention.
