BUZZI & BUZZI PRESENTS ITS LIGHT IN NEW YORK

MEET YOU AT SDA LIGHTING SHOWCASE 2016 IN SEPTEMBER!

Buzzi & Buzzi products are ready to invade The Big Apple: this coming September, in fact, the lighting creations of Buzzi & Buzzi will be at SDA Lighting Showcase 2016, New York City’s premier lighting exhibition.

During this important event, the company will present some of its LED lighting news, such as its world-renowned perfect Technical line, made of totally disappearing recessed luminaires: Focus, with extra-white frosted glass diffuser and glass set 3cm behind the ceiling; Spirit, with front body and parabolic wall washer in AirCoral®; Blade, a completely disappearing modular system with LED light beam, creating a 45mm-wide light blade and installable with multiple modules, both on walls and on plasterboard or brick ceilings; Bull, an adjustable LED light projector (360° horizontally and 90° vertically) with rear black steel case, interchangeable lenses (24°-38°) and adjustable light projector to minimise the visual impact; Taurus, a 360° horizontally and 90° vertically adjustable projector, installable on plasterboard ceilings or walls, with various available lenses (22°-50°) and the possibility of moving the light projector from the concealed recessed f

itting; Buzzz, with front body in AirCoral®, extra-white satin glass and glass set 5cm behind the plasterboard ceiling; and Basic Round, installable on plasterboard or brick ceilings, with a light source 20mm behing the ceiling.

Buzzi & Buzzi will present also the fascinating half recessed Nastro, specially studied to become an integral part of the architecture, creating a “moving” effect on shapes and volumes, as well as Valo, a ground lamp perfect to light up indoor and outdoor spaces thanks to its resistance and its extremely clean design, with 12mm extra-white satin superior glass.

All these products are made of CORAL®, AIRCORAL® or DURCORAL®, innovative materials created by Buzzi & Buzzi, extremely resistant to high temperatures and thermal shocks, perfect solutions since, unlike other materials on the market, they can be customised in any color or finishing, directly on site and by the customer. In addition to the qualities of Coral®, AirCoral® is characterized by a bactericidal action against pathogenic agents carrying potentially serious diseases: thanks to its capacity to break down pollutants found in urban environments, it purifies the air, making the areas where it is installed in significantly cleaner, healthier and more hygienic, and reducing the harmful effects of the main polluting agents, even in the absence of light. DurCoral® is a hi-tech material with exceptionally high performances, born out of the union of Coral® and cement: an aggregate twice as hard as cement, characterized by its resistance to scratching, ultra-violet rays, pollution and atmospheric agents — the ideal material for external applications.
