More than just a sound-absorbing panel, FLAP is a design piece with considerable aesthetic and formal impact which can create a wide array of compositions with designs that are always new. This patented modular system is completely innovative in the applied Snowsound® technology and in the notion of the panel as a furnishing accessory that fits perfectly in any room that requires an acoustic adjustment.

The ceiling-mounted frames are in chromed steel, fitted with mobile arms, to which FLAP panels are anchored with articulated hinges. The frames are modular and can be connected together in a parallel line. The panels can be rotated and inclined to make planar, concave or convex configurations, depending on aesthetic and acoustic needs. The configurations can be easily adjusted at any time.

Class A sound absorption to UNI EN ISO 11654 standards.

The single material panel in its entirety, external fabric and soundabsorbing interior material, has Italian Class 1 and Euroclass B-s2, d0 classification as to reaction to fire.

The panels have been made entirely of polyester; therefore they are single material and 100% recyclable without the need of having to separate the outer fabric from the sound-absorbing inner material.

The internal sound-absorbing material is produced with up to 30% recycled material.

The panels do not contain felt or other organic materials which are difficult to recycle.

The panels have no detectable formaldehyde contents, tested according to the UNI EN 717-2.
