On the site of the former 48 room Carlton Hotel exclusive apartments now stand. The creation of an exclusive residential development of luxury beachfront apartments with a U-shaped courtyard overlooking the Victorian Esplanade at Havre des Pas on the site of the former 48 room Carlton Hotel needed an inspirational and sympathetic approach.

Antler Homes finished the interiors to the highest possible standard and with each apartment commanding breathtaking sea views from the generous balconies, the balustrade needed to be something special.

CANAL Architectural manufactured large glass and mirror polished stainless steel balustrades for the Art Nouveau and nautically inspired softly curving wrap around balconies.

CANAL Architectural was recently tasked with the manufacture and installation of multiple mild steel plate staircases for the Bonhams Auction House in London.
