Carl Stahls combines catenary lights with the smart I-SYS stainless steel cable system
Between the north and the south building, a remarkable light construction showcases the thoroughfare with its cafés and restaurants in a novel way. Carl Stahl Architecture developed a carrier structure, stretching between the buildings,which consists of I-SYS stainless steel cables in combination with LED suspension lamps. These ensure individual, changeable light moods and can be addressed directly via DMX. The carrier ropes with a diameter of 16 millimeters cross to create a grid pattern measuring 750 by 750 millimeters.
