With great attention invested in planning the volumes and the locations of the doors and windows, the building is characterised by its mono-chrome cladding in porcelain stoneware tiles of differing sizes, which are laid here using the ventilated curtain wall technique. Designed as a monolith extending up from the earth, the complex employs a contemporary compositional style which is calm and balanced, moving away from the typical shopping centre style to take on a more urban vibe.
