Food inspirations
As its name suggests, HARVEST, the new restaurant opened by Dmitry Blinov and Renat Malikov in 2019 appeals to vegetable food fans. It combines innovative cuisine with top notch service.
The interior space has been conceived to be extremely simple and elegant: the leitmotif is the widespread presence of oak wood, the constituent material of the living room furniture, the tables and floor of the kitchen. Other distinctive traits are the travertine stone of the counter and the natural fabrics featuring warm tone-on-tone hues of the curtains and the upholstery.
The furniture, like the lighting fixtures, has been selected to match the colours and design of the sinuous spiral stair linking the ground floor to the first. The result is a well-lit space, harmonious and balanced.
In the bathrooms reserved for the restaurant and cocktail bar guests, the stainless steel taps and fittings by CEA, with their refined and elegant shapes, stand out for their exclusive design and ease of use in facilities open to the public.
