The new Antinori Winery in the Chianti Classico

A tailored product that would fit consistently in the architectural project.

Cantina of Marchesi Antinori, built in the authentic Chianti classic landscape, gave to Cielo the opportunity to respond to the customer needs with a real tailored product that would fit consistently in the architectural project. Cielo chooses to abandon the traditional white and clean surfaces of a minimalist contemporary trend, to give space to the charming warmth inspired by the wonderful colors of the Chianti Classico, and the soft and reassuring surface textures that offers a suggestive tactile experience, consistent with natural materials. To meet the special design requirements of the winery, Cielo has transformed the freestanding Le Giare and the washbasins in the Smile collection into elements capable of dialoguing with the chromatic and tactile characteristics of the area surrounding the complex, as well as with those of the distinctive materials of the project: terracotta, wood and Corten steel. In a simple yet studied manner they also form a refined symbiosis with the surrounding landscape.
