MARE: an essential collection that conquers contemporary living

The balance of simplicity: Ceramica Cielo presents Mare, the new collection designed by Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez

Pure and essential lines for a perfect mix of design and functionality are the hallmarks of Mare, the new collection by Ceramica Cielo designed by Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez.

With an aesthetic with a strong distinctive character, Mare consists of three oval wall-mounted washbasins (50 x 40 cm, 60 x 47 cm and 70 x 47 cm) and three wash bowls with different shapes (round Ø 45 cm, oval and rectangular both 60 x 47 cm) flanked by two pairs of sanitary ware (wall-mounted and free floor-standing). The latter are available in the rimless version with the revolutionary Rimless 2.0 technology - patented by the company - that combine aesthetics, functionality, water saving and maximum hygienic efficiency. A further advantage of this technology is the silence of the water flow: tests have in fact shown that the flush is up to 40% quieter than that of traditional sanitary ware, a factor that has a decisive impact on the acoustic comfort of rooms.

The heart of the project is always ceramic, characterised by unique dimensions, surfaces and colours that express and enhance the Company's extraordinary ability to mould this material into new beauty.

To make the bathroom even more exclusive, in addition to glossy white, you can choose from the sophisticated nuances of the complementary Terre and Acque di Cielo colour palettes. The first is composed of 16 delicate matt-effect colours - Talco, Pomice, Brina, Arenaria, Basalto, Cacao, Muschio, Agave, Lino, Avena, Cemento, Fango, Lavagna, Canapa, Cipria e Polvere - and the second of six vibrant glossy tones full of emotion and sensation - Oltremare, Smeraldo, Alga, Corallo, Ninfea e Anemone. Real alchemical experiments exploring the relationship between colour and architecture, these ranges create unexpected colour games and represent a further proposal for architects and designers aimed at ensuring maximum customisation and compositional freedom.

The clean shapes, suggesting an idea of absolute harmony, enhanced by the wide choice of colours and different variants make the Mare collection suitable for every single space, residential and contract.
