Ceramica Cielo protagonist of the ADA 2023: Theo 175 wins

Once again, this year Ceramica Cielo wins the Archiproducts Design Awards 2023 in the bathroom category

Once again, this year Ceramica Cielo wins the Archiproducts Design Awards 2023 in the bathroom category: with the sixth victory out of eight editions Cielo confirms its leadership in the sector, capable of creating unique pieces in terms of design, elegance and functionality, a seal of production and stylistic excellence achieved over the years.
The winner of the prestigious award is Theo 175, designed by Andrea Parisio and Giuseppe Pezzano, the cabinet with washbasin originating from a compositional game made up of planes, lines and colours, a solution of high industrial craftsmanship that looks to the contemporary world. An exemplar with a unique and unmistakable style, it is inspired by the De Stijl movement, one of the most influential in modern art, and proposes shapes born from the search for absolute simplicity, in which the composition is never rigid, but rich in graphic strength.

Available in various sizes to best suit any space, this proposal dictates a new compositional grammar, thanks to the possibility of combining different elements enabling the creation of multiple configurations. The collection in fact consists of a large ceramic washbasin, a Fenix cabinet on multilayer wood with visible edging, and tubular elements.

The ceramic washbasin comes in two versions – Tonda and Ovale – in glossy white finishes and in the matt and glossy shades of the “Terre di Cielo” and “Acque di Cielo” colour palettes.
The cabinet instead is presented in seven models: two with suspended shelves - Theo Mini and Theo 70 – and five for the versions with storage. The cabinet can be suspended or enriched with a stand in the same finish as the towel rail.

Always in line with the latest trends, Ceramica Cielo with Theo introduces Fenix, an innovative material consisting of 60% paper and 40% resins that makes it possible to obtain a homogeneous and non-porous product whose surface is extremely matt, anti-fingerprint and pleasantly soft to the touch.
For maximum customisation, the Fenix cabinet is available in eight colours, while the tubular metal elements, in Matt Black and Cement finishes and in the “Acque di Cielo” colour palette create unlimited chromatic effects with the ceramic washbasin and cabinet

The expressive power of each element in the collection confirms Ceramica Cielo’s extraordinary ability to establish itself as an innovator in the processing of ceramics in combination with other materials, and a spokesperson for the handmade in Italy production tradition.
