A new vision of work shapes the life and architecture of Pharos, an important office building located in the metropolitan area of Amsterdam and developed over a total area of about 25 thousand square meters.

Overlooking Schiphol International Airport and next to Hoofddorp train station, Pharos has been renovated by COARE Architectuur&Realisatie of Amsterdam, which has redeveloped the building according to the most modern standards of sustainability and circular economy.

So Pharos can today boast a 19-storey skyscraper and a 6-storey structure where work and life are in perfect balance, in an healthy and stimulating architectural environment that allows the professionals who frequent it to maximize their performance.

State-of-the-art technologies, flexible and modular spaces, internal green areas as public meeting places, catering facilities, modern and healthy air conditioning and lighting systems, solar panels as external façades and innovative and eco-sustainable materials are some of the features that define the exclusivity of Pharos and make it one of the most futuristic office buildings of our time.

Caesar was chosen as a trusted partner thanks to the recognized quality of made in Italy porcelain tiles characterizing the wide range of collections for the flooring and for the beautiful staircase designed by Tino Vredenburg.

The ceramic interpretation of slate was the option that inspired the architectural studio to use the Slab series, in its delicate and clear Khaki colour. In this series, available in the Caesar Contract Solution division range, the reliability and durability of porcelain tiles are harmoniously matched in the expression of natural stone, whose naturalness and expressiveness Slab re-proposes with originality. The 60x60 cm size demonstrates again how ceramic lends itself to merging tradition and innovation in an architectural concept that has made contemporaneity its signature.
