NEW SUPERGRES SHOWROOM

CERAMIC EXCELLENCE AN ACT IN HARMONY

We are pleased to announce that the new Ceramiche Supergres Showroom in the historic Casalgrande headquarters in Reggio Emilia, Italy, reopens its doors after several months of intervention that allowed us to completely change its appearance and philosophy.

With over 1,000sqm of exhibition space, meeting rooms, indoor event areas and outdoor spaces, the new Headquarters now stands as an oasis of design, art and sustainability.

Its transformation was guided by three key pillars.

RECOVERY AND RESPECT FOR THE LAND

The pre-existing industrial structures no longer in operation, but now a symbol of the local area, have been partially restored and reused, giving them new life.

The elegant concrete vaulted trusses, set more than six meters high, were retained, giving great breathing space to the ceramic display. Plays of full/empty were also obtained by alternating areas with roofing with open spaces marked only by the arches allowing a great deal of natural light to enter.

All materials used during the renovation were carefully selected to reduce environmental impact and enhance local resources.

AESTHETICS AND EXPRESSIVENESS

Every element of the architecture and furniture is designed to enhance the beauty of ceramics and the versatility of spaces.

Vast display areas allow full appreciation of living spaces, graphic variability and various residential and commercial uses, both floor and wall tiles with novel material combinations. The high industrial ceilings also allow the display of large-format ceramic tile slabs and full appreciation of Supergres' VeinMatching solution.

In the rooms, artworks are displayed that focus on the human figure with its frailties and the beauty of life, integrating perfectly into the design framework of the spaces and offering guests a unique sensory experience that stimulates the mind and heart.

With large and brightly lit spaces, surfaces that reflect light in a unique way creating plays of shadows and reflections that give the environment a magical and vibrant atmosphere, and the refined design, the Showroom becomes a meeting area with clients, designers and professionals in general to deepen their knowledge of ceramics and admire its versatility, application possibilities.

BEAUTY AND THE ENVIRONMENT

Every design choice was guided not only by aesthetic performance but also by respect for the environment and a commitment to reducing Supergres' environmental impact by preserving the beauty of our planet for future generations.

Energy-efficient lighting, eco-friendly heat pump heating and cooling systems, and solar panels on the entire flat roof surface have achieved energy neutrality in terms of kilowatts consumed and kilowatts self-produced.

In addition, plants and natural elements, cleverly inserted between the interplay of interior and exterior, light and shadow, help to improve air quality and promote the well-being of guests.
