Cervic Environment: good resistance against corrosion
Corrosion resistance is not a coincidence in Cervic Environment products; all products are designed and manufactured always thinking about their use and giving them the maximum possible shelf life.
We have 4 types of finishes in our products according to the client's tastes and the type of environment where they are to be installed: galvanized steel, galvanized steel with extreme treatment, AISI-304 stainless steel and AISI-316L stainless steel.
Galvanized steel products have a thermo-heating polyester powder coated finish. These products have a C4 or High resistance against corrosion, that is, they are prepared to be placed in outdoor areas that are more than 3 kilometers from the marine coast.
In addition, we have an Extreme Treatment on products made of galvanized steel that gives them a C5-I or Very High resistance against corrosion level. This treatment is suitable for galvanized steel products installed in outdoor or industrial areas with high humidity and aggressive environments, such as a promenade or a street in Dubai.
Some of our products can also be made of stainless steel. We have 2 types of stainless steel: AISI-304 and AISI-316L.
Products manufactured in AISI-304 have a corrosion resistance of C3 or Medium Corrosion Resistance, which is appropriate for areas with low salinity.
And those made of AISI-316L have a corrosion resistance of C5-M or Very High Corrosion Resistance, which is appropriate for outdoor areas of high salinity located between 1 and 3 kilometers from the coast.
