Chopstick rests from Chushin Kobo are popular at the Japanese restaurant "Sachi"

The Japanese restaurant "Sachi" opened in July on the basement of Pantechnicon in London. Sachi offers a novel and unique menu that incorporates Scandinavian elements into dishes and ingredients from all over Japan and seasonal ingredients in the UK.

All tableware used in Sachi is handmade by craftsmen in workshops all over Japan. The chopstick rest of Chushin Kobo is used in Sachi along with the chopsticks of Matsukan. The cast iron chopstick rests are very popular and can be purchased at the shops in Pantechnicon.
