Clivet systems for the largest Outlet in Europe branded McArthurGlen

On November 10th, the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Serravalle Scrivia opened the gate, with the arrival of over 40 new brands and eateries.

Born in 2000 with 16,000 square meters and 64 stores, the first outlet in Italy, the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Serravalle Scrivia has grown and it is now the largest outlet in Europe with over 5 million visitors a year.

With the new area, opened on Thursday November 10th, over 40 new brands landed in Serravalle toghether with many dining options, a parking area for 1500 cars and 550 more jobs.

The new McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Serravalle Scrivia, with its beautiful architectural setting inspired by Ligurian palaces, has an area of 51,500 square meters, 2,200 employees, 300 among the best fashion brands, bars and restaurants, children's play area and a comfortable free parking.

The new area, connected to the existing one by a steel and glass hyper technological bridge with benches and sound system, will represent the kingdom of shopping and food for young people, with free wifi everywhere and cheaper brands next to luxury ones.

The whole shopping town is air-conditioned by Clivet systems

The existing area is served by Clivet split systems since year 2000. This system has been revamped with the substitution of external units with new condensing units.

For the new area Clivet has provided more than 70 heat pump rooftop SMARTPACK units, chosen for their high efficiency matching demanding energy certification standards of Piedmont.
