Contemporary architecture increasingly seeks to dissolve the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living, creating spaces that maximize natural light, comfort, and year-round usability. This philosophy guided the design and implementation of a recent residential project completed by COSPICON S.A. in Chalkida, Evia.

The project was developed around the client's desire to transform an existing outdoor area into a protected yet visually open environment, capable of being enjoyed throughout all seasons while maintaining an uninterrupted connection with the surrounding landscape.

To achieve this objective, COSPICON combined the architectural elegance of the CospiBio Glass Pergola with the flexibility and transparency of the CospiEpal Systems. The glass-roof pergola allows abundant daylight to penetrate the space while preserving uninterrupted views of the sky, creating a bright and inviting environment. Complementing the structure, the CospiEpal Systems provide effective perimeter protection from wind and weather conditions without compromising transparency or architectural purity.

The result is a refined outdoor living space that seamlessly integrates with the residence, extending its functional footprint while enhancing the overall architectural composition. The careful balance between transparency, protection, and minimalist design creates a versatile environment suitable for relaxation, entertainment, and everyday living.

Every COSPICON project is engineered as a bespoke solution. Rather than relying on standardized configurations, each system is designed and manufactured to respond precisely to the architectural requirements of the project and the lifestyle needs of its users.
