The chocolate shop FORTNUM & MASON

Fortnum & Mason, renowned throughout the world as the department store that supplies the British royal family, certainly does not go unnoticed. In the heart of London, it is a real eye-catcher, where you cannot help but admire its magnificent shop windows and unique products. Fortnum & Mason has just unveiled its new and enhanced confectionery department, which is probably the closest thing to heaven on earth.

We had the pleasure of being chosen by F&M, in collaboration with our Creative Retail Solution dealer and CADA Design (the project creator), for an entirely custom-made project with colourful display counters and sensory functions to guarantee freshness and quality for the most refined and discerning palates.

The display counters are entirely and exclusively custom-made by Criocabin: a combination of our Epsilon and Elisir models exclusively designed for Fortnum & Mason.

All the display cases have been designed and specifically made for chocolate, with humidity control and a dual function for pastries and chocolate. The work counter is made of book-matched Breccia Violetta marble.

Brushed brass-effect shelves, ventilation grilles with liquid painted brass finish. A glass-stop profile made from solid calendered aluminium treated with a nickel-plated galvanized finish.

An artisan glass check-out protection system.

Specifically tailored interior lights, custom-made bleached oak front panels, calendered brass profiles, oak rods and two brushed brass panels.

A neutral cabinet for housing chocolate tempering fountains and, between the two chocolate fountains, a refrigerated marble top for the spatula processing of chocolate.
