Orlov & Co – Moscow
Orlov & Co, the new store set up by Holding Bulldozer in the capital city of Moscow, is a delicatessen and eatery offering typical dishes of local cuisine to eat on the premises or take away. Étoile by Criocabin plays a key role in presenting a selection of exceptional deli products, as well as irresistible Russian pastries to taste and never forget.
A ventilated Étoile M1 display counter with a 36 cm worktop, a 3-level display surface for deli products, rear open shelves and a special integrated and raised level for pastries with projecting shelves for easier access to the lower level. Étoile has been 100% customised as required with breath-protector glass, H.15 cm, running along the entire display counter aligned in height with the pastries section, which can also be fully customised with monitor arm brackets. Crioled® lighting system for the display counter and 4000°K front lighting.
