The Gold Butchers Club arrives in Australia, with an Italian-style butcher shop

P.Princi Butchers Fremantle, with Italian origins and a well-established business in Australia since 1958, has chosen Criocabin for the refrigeration equipment of its shop in Perth. Let’s find out more about its features and the equipment required together with the owner, Joe Princi, who has been following in the footsteps of his father, Pasquale, the founder of the business, since the age of 18. “We believe that the butcher of the future actually represents a return to origins, consistently providing a good quality product to discerning customers.”
