Producing oak flooring out of old Oak building materials

For this renovated farmhouse Dennebos delivered an oak floor produced out of old oak beams that are re-sawn in our own production to produce engineered reclaimed oak flooring out of. As you can see the reclaimed oak show the character of having been in buildings for ages and are given a new life by sawing the beams into wearlayers that are glued down on a birch ply backing to make it a very stable product suitable for fitting upon underfloor heating systems.
